Most of this work starts within an hour of Milwaukee. Everywhere else in the state is a longer drive, not a different answer.
Our vehicles carry a City of Milwaukee limousine permit, which the City Clerk issues per vehicle.

If your pick-up is not named anywhere on this page, ask anyway. Small towns come up constantly and people assume we do not go there. The answer is usually yes.
Milwaukee to Chicago is a route, not a second city.
Milwaukee to Chicago is a route we run regularly, usually to O'Hare or to a downtown meeting and back the same day. It is priced as a route rather than by the hour.
We also work with a Chicago operator who covers the runs that start down there, the same way they send us the ones that start up here. It means a Milwaukee client who needs a car waiting at the other end gets one, arranged by someone who has actually met the operator providing it.

Questions people ask
Do you charge more the further out it is?
Distance is in the quote, so a longer run costs more than a shorter one. What does not happen is a different rate structure for being outside Milwaukee, or a surcharge appearing afterwards because of where the pick-up turned out to be.
My town is not on the list. Do you come here?
Almost certainly yes. The list is the places asked for often enough to have written something about. Our vehicles carry a City of Milwaukee limousine permit, which the City Clerk issues per vehicle.
Do you cross into Illinois?
Regularly. O'Hare is one of the six airports we run to, and Milwaukee to Chicago is a route we do often enough that it has its own page. What we do not do is compete for work that starts in Chicago. We have a Chicago operator we trade with for that, in both directions.
How far ahead do you need to know?
For a Milwaukee pick-up, often the same day. The further out the pick-up and the more vehicles involved, the more notice helps, because the chauffeur has to get there before you do.
How will I know where my chauffeur is?
Both alerts are texts. The first goes out 24 hours ahead of the pick-up, to the passengers and the booking contact, with the reservation details, the vehicle, and the assigned chauffeur's name and mobile number. The same details go out again an hour before the pick-up time.
What hours do you run?
Reservations run 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The office is not staffed overnight, so anything arriving overnight is answered by the next morning.
How far ahead do I need to book?
For a Milwaukee pick-up, often the same day. The further out the pick-up is, and the more vehicles are involved, the more notice helps, because the chauffeur has to get there before you do. Game days, Summerfest weekends and wedding season fill up well in advance.
