So the booking is the day rather than the ride, it is held by the hour rather than the route, and nothing costs more because the photographer took longer.
The shape of the day

- Usually two pick-ups from two addresses at two different times, and the first one always slips. We build that in rather than pretending it does not happen.
- The couple, after the ceremony
- Photographs somewhere between the ceremony and the reception is the leg people forget to book, and it is the one where having the car wait is worth the most.
- The wedding party
- One vehicle holds six in the back on the SUV tier. Beyond that it is more than one vehicle moving together, or a partner operator's coach if the party is genuinely large.
- Guests, to and from the hotel
- Shuttling across the evening rather than one run, because guests do not all leave at once and the ones who should not drive are rarely the ones who planned ahead.
- Family flying in
- Airport transfers at Mitchell or O'Hare across the days either side. Out of town family is the part of wedding transport that is almost always arranged last and needed first.
- The getaway
- Whatever time it actually ends, rather than the time on the schedule.
Why it is booked by the hour
Almost every wedding day is booked hourly rather than point to point, and for once the reason is not upselling. A wedding day has no fixed route and the timings move, so an as directed reservation is simply the structure that fits it. Waiting is inside the quote, so nothing costs more because the photographer took longer.

Stretch limousines and party buses
We run SUVs only. If the day needs a stretch limousine, a party bus or a coach for guests, it comes from a vetted partner operator and it is still one booking, one itinerary and one number to call.
We are not going to tell you an SUV is the same thing as a stretch. It is not. It is the better answer for most of a wedding day and the wrong answer for a photograph of eight people with the doors open, and you should have whichever you actually want.
Family flying in
There is a promo code for the extra services around the day, the airport transfers for family flying in most of all. Ask for it when you book the wedding itself rather than afterwards.

The biggest one we have run
The largest single event this company has run by vehicle count was a wedding: 10 SUVs on one five minute route, all evening.

Questions people ask
Do you do the whole day or just the couple?
Either. Most bookings are more than one journey, and the ones that go wrong are usually the ones where only the obvious leg was booked. The list above is what a full day actually looks like.
Should we book hourly or point to point?

Can we decorate the vehicle?
Yes, within reason. Flowers tied to the mirrors and liquid chalk marker on the rear and side windows are fine. Anything unsafe, illegal on the road, or likely to damage paint or trim is not, and that includes cans tied to the bumper. You or your planner do the decorating, not the chauffeur. If the vehicle needs more than an ordinary clean afterwards, a cleaning fee may apply.
Can you do a stretch limousine or a party bus?

How many fit in one vehicle?
Up to 6 in the Escalade ESV and up to 7 in the Chevrolet Suburban, in both cases with one passenger in the front seat. Behind the chauffeur it is 5 and 6. The rear figure is what each tier is sold on: the bench seats six and the captain's chairs seat five, which is the trade that buys third-row legroom. The front passenger seat is there on top of that when a group would rather stay in one vehicle than split across two.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as the date and the venue are set. Saturdays in summer and early autumn go first, and a wedding is not a booking we can add on the week.
How much does it cost?
The quote is the number you pay. All fares, fees, taxes, tolls and chauffeur gratuity are in it, and each line is shown rather than buried. A wedding day is booked hourly, which runs $110 to $150 an hour depending on the service level, all-inclusive. Chauffeur gratuity is included at 20% and shown on the quote. Anything further is entirely up to you.
Can we drink in the vehicle?
We cannot provide alcohol, but passengers 21 and over may bring their own and drink it in a chauffeur-driven vehicle in Wisconsin. Our public passenger license is a limo permit, which is what allows it. The chauffeur can end a trip without a refund if it stops being reasonable, which has more or less never come up.
Can we eat in the vehicle?
Yes, and ordinary crumbs are ordinary. The line is a mess that needs professional cleaning to put right, which carries a cleaning fee starting at $250. In practice the only time we have ever charged it was for smoking.
Can we smoke in the vehicle?
No. Every passenger after you is entitled to a vehicle that does not smell of the last one, and it is the one rule we have actually had to enforce. Ignoring it carries a cleaning fee starting at $250. The booking contact is responsible for everyone in the party, not only the lead passenger.
