Cancellation
What happens when plans change depends on what you booked, because what an empty slot costs us depends on what you booked. Three sets of terms, and the one that applies is the one for the reservation you made.
Airport transfers
- Free cancellation up to four hours before pick-up.
- Inside four hours, or if nobody comes out to the vehicle, the full fare.
If your flight is canceled or the airline reroutes you, there is no charge at all, as long as you tell us before the chauffeur is on the way. You will know when that is, because that is when the text goes out.
A canceled flight is not something you did. We are not going to price it as though it were.
Point to point, hourly, and everything else
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up.
- Inside 24 hours, half the fare.
- Inside four hours, or if nobody comes out to the vehicle, the full fare.
Dated events and weddings
Packers game days, Summerfest, concerts, race weekends, weddings.
- More than seven days out, a full refund.
- Four to seven days, half back.
- Two to four days, a quarter back.
- Inside two days, no refund.
These are booked months ahead for a date that cannot be moved, and a vehicle released two days before kickoff does not get rebooked. That is the entire reason this tier is stricter than the other two, and it is why the other two are not.
Anything we keep stays yours
Whatever a cancellation costs you under the terms above can go toward a future reservation instead. Mention it when you book the next one and we will put it against the fare. It is good for 12 months and it stays with the person or the account that paid it.
We would rather have you back than have your money.
Full means full
A full refund is the full amount. We do not deduct card processing fees from it, and there is nothing else subtracted on the way out.
If something has gone genuinely wrong, call. The terms above are what we will hold you to if we have to. They are not a description of how we prefer to behave.

Changes and cancellations are handled by phone or email, not through a form. The earlier we know, the more room there is to move.
