One chauffeur, one vehicle standard, one way of quoting. What changes between these pages is the shape of the booking, not the standard of it.
Everything below is chauffeured and black. We only operate SUVs. No stretch limousines, no party buses, no motor coaches, no sedans. Partner operators cover those where a booking needs them. The rate is flat and all-inclusive whichever of these you book, which is the part most people are actually checking.

The car can be set up before you get in.
Most of this costs us a phone call and a stop on the way. It is the difference between a ride that was booked and an evening that was arranged, and it is the part a ride-share cannot do at any price.

Wondering how this compares to a ride-share
It is a fair question and it deserves a real answer rather than a sales one. Sometimes the app is the right call. The cases where it is not are specific, and they are mostly about what happens when something goes wrong: a canceled pick-up at 4am, surge pricing on the one night everybody wants a car, or a driver who has never been to the address.

Questions people ask
What is the difference between all these services?
Mostly the shape of the booking rather than the car or the chauffeur. The same vehicle and the same person show up whether it is an airport run, a wedding or a Tuesday board meeting. What changes is how it is priced, how far ahead it is planned, and how many vehicles are involved.
Do I have to pick the right one when I book?
No. Ask for what you need in plain words and it gets sorted at our end. The pages exist so you can read the detail before you call, not so you can file yourself correctly.
Is anything here priced differently?
The structure changes, not the honesty. All-inclusive, quoted up front. Hourly work is billed by the hour, point to point by distance and time, and both are all-inclusive on the same basis.
Can you do more than one vehicle?
Larger groups are coordinated through vetted partner operators. Multiple vehicles on a single itinerary is its own service rather than a larger version of a single booking, because the coordination is the work.
What is black car service?
Pre-arranged ground transport in a premium vehicle with a professional chauffeur. At Luxury SUV Rides every one of those vehicles is a full-size SUV: Suburban, Yukon or Escalade ESV.
How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash, company check, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bitcoin. For a retail reservation a card is required and is charged in full when the booking is confirmed. Corporate accounts can request monthly billing instead.
What hours do you run?
Reservations run 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The office is not staffed overnight, so anything arriving overnight is answered by the next morning.
How far ahead do I need to book?
For a Milwaukee pick-up, often the same day. The further out the pick-up is, and the more vehicles are involved, the more notice helps, because the chauffeur has to get there before you do. Game days, Summerfest weekends and wedding season fill up well in advance.
