Three service levels, all of them SUVs
We only operate SUVs. No stretch limousines, no party buses, no motor coaches, no sedans. Partner operators cover those where a booking needs them.
That is a decision, not a limitation. A specialist fleet means every vehicle is maintained the same way, every chauffeur knows every vehicle, and nothing in the garage is there because it looked good in a brochure.
What separates the three levels is the second row, and everything that follows from it.

Maximum seating requires one passenger in the front seat. The rear figure is what each tier is sold on: the bench seats six and the captain's chairs seat five, which is the trade that buys third-row legroom. The front passenger seat is there on top of that when a group would rather stay in one vehicle than split across two.

The second row is the whole argument
The second row slides, which is what gives the third row its legroom. It is the reason the VIP and VVIP tiers seat five rather than six: the bench is what makes six possible, and the bench is the thing the other two tiers give up on purpose.
The screens
Rear-seat displays are customized per trip. We load what the occasion calls for and coordinate with a marketing team where there is one. The screens are in the newer Escalades rather than across every vehicle. If the occasion depends on them, say so when you book and we will assign one.

Luggage
Six large suitcases at standard checked size, or the equivalent. More with soft-sided bags, fewer with hard cases that do not give. Golf travel bags take more room than their dimensions suggest, though golfers tend to know that already. Tell us what you are actually carrying and we will tell you what fits.
With two passengers we fold the third row down, which roughly doubles what fits. Worth mentioning when you book, because it changes the answer.
Child seats
We do not keep child seats in the vehicles by default, so they have to be requested when you book. Add them under Child Seat on the reservation. Rear-facing and forward-facing seats are $20 each, and a booster is $10.

We inspect our child seats regularly to confirm they are in good condition and have not expired. Car seats have an expiry date printed on them and most people have never looked for it. Ours are checked, which is the part of this that actually matters.
A clean vehicle is a maintenance schedule, not a car wash.
Vehicles are washed by hand at our garage, detailed between trips with the mats out rather than wiped over, and checked with the hood up before they go anywhere. None of that is visible to a passenger, which is rather the point.
We also hold memberships at more than 15 car washes across the metro, so a vehicle can be cleaned between runs without driving back to the garage. That is the difference between a vehicle that starts the day clean and one that is clean when it reaches you.

One more thing about the first one
Our first Escalade was the first 2023 Cadillac Escalade activated for livery use in Wisconsin. That is a small distinction and we are quite fond of it. It has since been retired and sold to another business, which says something true about how this fleet gets bought: early, deliberately, put straight into service rather than displayed, and replaced as newer models arrive.
Questions about the vehicles
Which service level should I book?
If the group is six or seven, the SUV tier, because the bench is the only thing that seats that many. If the drive is long or the occasion matters, the VVIP SUV, because the second row slides and that is where the legroom comes from. Everything else is degree.
Why does the most expensive one seat fewer people?
Because it gives up the bench. Six across a bench is six people sitting in a row. Five in captain's chairs with the row slid back is five people with somewhere to put their legs. That is the trade, and it is the whole reason the tier exists.
