What we collect, and who else sees it.

When you send us a message. The contact form asks for your name, your email address, an optional mobile number, and what you need. We also record that you gave permission to reply, the time you gave it, and which page on this site you were reading before you reached the form. Nothing you type into that form is stored on this website. It is emailed to us and it lives in our inbox.

When you make a reservation. Reservations run through Moovs, our reservation platform. What you give them includes your name, contact details, pick-up and drop-off addresses, trip times, passenger count, and payment card details. Card details are held by Moovs and their payment processor. We do not see or store full card numbers.

When you call or text. Our phone service is RingCentral. Calls and text messages, including the number you are calling from, pass through them. If you give us a mobile number you agree to receive text messages about your quote and reservation. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Calls may be answered first by an automated assistant. If you ask for a person and we cannot pick up, you can leave a voicemail. Every call opens with an announcement that it is being recorded and that an AI assistant is taking notes. Calls we take live are recorded, and we use the recording to get the details of your booking right.

Automatically, when you visit. Like every web server, ours records each request it receives: the network address it came from, the page asked for, the time, and the browser used. We use those records to keep the site running and to deal with abuse, and they are deleted after 14 days. We do not use them to work out who you are, we do not combine them with anything you tell us, and they are never used for advertising.

Analytics and advertising. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people use and where they arrive from. We also advertise with Google, and a conversion tag tells us when an advert brought someone who then contacted us or asked for a quote. We use that to work out which adverts are worth paying for, not to work out who you are.

This site sets one cookie of its own. If you successfully send the contact form, we store your message briefly so the confirmation screen can show you what you sent. It applies only to the contact page and it disappears when you close your browser.

Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits apart. The Google advert conversion tag sets cookies so a click on one of our adverts can be connected to what happened next on this site, and Google may use those to show you our adverts elsewhere.

We do not sell your personal information. If you would rather not be measured at all, your browser's cookie controls and Google's own advert settings both stop it, and Google publishes an opt-out add-on that blocks the analytics side.

Your chauffeur. Every trip is driven by a person, who needs your name, your phone number, and where you are going. On some trips that person works for a partner operator rather than for us, and they receive the same details for the same reason.

Tells us when one of our adverts led to an inquiry, and may use that to show you our adverts elsewhere.

We give your information to no one else, and we do not sell it. We will hand it over if the law requires it.

We keep what we need for as long as the purpose lasts. An inquiry stays in our inbox while we are answering it and while you are still a prospect. Reservation records stay for as long as our tax, accounting and insurance obligations require. Text message records follow our phone provider's retention. When a record no longer serves a purpose, we get rid of it.

Email rides@luxsuv.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete what we are not required to keep, or stop emailing and calling you. Reply STOP to any text to stop the texts.

If you have booked with us, some records have to stay for tax and insurance reasons even after you ask us to delete the rest. We will tell you which ones and why.

This site is served over an encrypted connection. Credentials used by the website are stored outside the website's own files, so they cannot be served to a visitor. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise. If something goes wrong with your information, we will tell you.

This is a transportation service for adults arranging travel. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Children ride with us often, as passengers booked by an adult, and we hold nothing about them beyond what that adult tells us in order to plan the trip, such as a car seat.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change matters, we will say so rather than quietly editing the page.
