Corporate car service in Milwaukee

You may already have a car service. Most of the assistants who book with us did, somewhere else, for someone else. What they did not have was Milwaukee.

That is usually how this starts. An executive flies into Mitchell, needs to reach the office or the condo, and the usual driver is 400 miles away. One ride goes well. Then it is a standing Tuesday pick-up, and then it is the assistant down the hall.

We are a regional specialist, chauffeured, operating since 2017. Wisconsin and northern Illinois. We are not a worldwide network and we do not pretend to be one.

How an account works

Nothing to sign, and no minimum. An account is simply the point at which we know your executives, your buildings and your preferences well enough that you stop having to explain them.

  1. Send the first request. Quote form, email, or phone.
  2. We set the account up with your travelers and your billing preference on file.
  3. You book. Repeat routes keep the same vetted chauffeurs, because a chauffeur who has done the run before is the entire point.
  4. You reach one named person, not a dispatch queue.

Requests sent during the business day are answered the same day. Anything arriving overnight is answered by the next morning.

Once volume justifies it, we negotiate account pricing. That changes how you book, which is the part most assistants care about.

What your assistant can do without calling us

Client Login is not a receipt archive. For an account with negotiated pricing, it is a booking tool.

  • Book directlyAccounts with agreed pricing create reservations outright, with no quote round trip and no waiting on a reply.
  • Repeat a past tripOne click on the standing Tuesday run rather than retyping it every week.
  • View and edit reservationsWithout an email thread.
  • Request a quoteFor anything outside the agreement.
  • Add and manage cardsSo a card change never travels by email.
  • Maintain your passenger listSo the executives your team books for are already on file with their contact details.

That last one matters more than it sounds. Most of our corporate bookings are made by someone who is not riding.

Discretion

Conversations do not leave the vehicle.

Discretion usually gets written as a promise not to talk to the press. That is rarely the real problem.

The real problem is a chauffeur who drives your general counsel on Tuesday and your chief executive on Wednesday, and makes conversation on Wednesday out of what he heard on Tuesday. Conversations do not leave the vehicle. They also do not travel between the people we drive inside your own organization.

We do not name our corporate accounts, on this website or anywhere else. Discretion is part of what executives are paying for.

Billing

A card on file is the simplest arrangement. It is charged when each reservation completes, and it can sit with the account or with each executive individually, whichever your finance team prefers. Cards are stored in our reservation system. We never take card details by email, and we will never ask you to send an authorization form to an inbox.

Corporate accounts can request monthly billing, and established accounts can also move to purchase orders. Prepaid arrangements, drawn down across the year, are also available.

Executive travel, roadshows and group movement

Airport transfers to MKE, ORD, MSN, RFD, GRB and MDW, plus private jet and FBO arrivals. We track the flight and adjust when it slips, so a delay does not become a phone call.

Our garage is four minutes from the Mitchell terminal. That matters on the days it goes wrong. When a flight lands 40 minutes early, or sits on the tarmac for an hour, we are not driving in from the other side of the county to catch up.

Roadshows are as-directed rather than point to point. A principal with a multi-stop itinerary, vehicles held on standby and used through the day, coordinated with your advance team and, where there is one, your security detail. Multi-day and multi-vehicle bookings are routine.

Maximum seating requires one passenger in the front seat.

Larger groups are coordinated through vetted partner operators.

The screens

Rear-seat displays are customized per trip. We load what the occasion calls for and coordinate with a marketing team where there is one. For an arriving executive that is a name on the screen when the door opens, prepared in advance with whoever owns your brand. For a board visiting from out of town it is the quarterly meeting playing on the way in from Mitchell.

Most operators treat a screen as a fitted option. We treat it as part of the booking, which is a deliberate expense and not every operator makes it. The screens are in the newer Escalades rather than across every vehicle. If the occasion depends on them, say so when you book and we will assign one.

Questions assistants ask

Do we need a contract or a minimum spend?

No. Book once and see. Most accounts began as a single airport run.

Can I book without waiting for a quote?

Once your account has negotiated pricing, yes. You create the reservation yourself in Client Login and it is confirmed.

Can you hold a standing weekly pick-up?

Yes, and repeat routes keep the same chauffeurs. Past trips can be repeated from your account in one click.

What happens when the flight is delayed?

We track it and adjust. You do not need to call and rebook.

Can charges go to each executive's own card rather than one company card?

Yes. Either arrangement works, set up whichever way your finance team wants.

Do you operate outside Wisconsin?

We coordinate travel elsewhere for existing accounts through vetted partner operators. We do not advertise as a worldwide service, because we will not promise oversight we cannot personally provide.
