The honest answer is that availability is not the problem here, so we are not going to pretend it is. Shorewood is one of the densest municipalities in Wisconsin and it sits a mile and a half from the east side, so a car will come. What a ride-share will not do is arrive at 4:15 in the morning because you asked it to a week ago, wait while you find the passport, or be the same vehicle and the same chauffeur on the way home three days later.
The other reason is the occasion. A dinner downtown, a concert, a fiftieth, a wedding at a venue on the lakefront: the drive is 15 minutes and the point was never the drive. It is that nobody in the group has to decide who is not drinking.
The university is the quiet third reason. Shorewood runs straight into the UWM campus at its southern edge, and visiting family, arriving faculty and graduation weekends all produce airport work from addresses that are technically in the village.

How early should a Shorewood pick-up leave for a morning flight out of Mitchell?
Allow 25 minutes of drive time on top of the time the airport advises before departure, and we work the pick-up back from both. We would rather sit outside for 10 minutes than have you watching the clock.
Can you take us to O'Hare from Shorewood?
Regularly, and plenty of Shorewood clients fly out of there. Mitchell is 25 minutes away and O'Hare is about an hour and a half, but the airport is chosen by the flight rather than by the drive: O'Hare carries far more direct routes and nearly all of the international departures. Either way the case for booking is the same. You are not driving out in the dark, not circling a parking structure, not riding a shuttle with your luggage, and not paying to leave your car somewhere for a week.
Can you do a night out with several stops?
That is what an hourly, as directed reservation is for. The vehicle and the chauffeur stay with you, the stops do not have to be decided in advance, and waiting time is inside the quote rather than metered.
