Airport car service in Milwaukee
Our garage is four minutes from the Mitchell terminal. On an ordinary day that changes nothing. It is the only thing that matters on the day it goes wrong.

Ordered by drive time rather than distance, which puts Midway last. There is no good way to reach the south side of Chicago without crossing the city, so Midway takes longer than Green Bay despite being 27 miles closer. Worth knowing before you book a flight out of it.

Quotes are given per trip rather than published as a rate card, because the number depends on where you are going rather than on when you ask.
Meet and greet is the one option worth explaining before you see it. Optional on any airport pick-up, added by the client at booking. For $50, your chauffeur comes inside to baggage claim with a name board and takes the bags from the carousel. Without it, your chauffeur coordinates the pick-up with you directly once you are on the ground. It earns its cost at a terminal the size of O’Hare, where an inside meet means garage parking and a long walk. At Mitchell, most people do not add it.
Milwaukee Mitchell, MKE
Mitchell is the airport most of this city actually flies from, and it is the one we are four minutes away from. Arrivals are picked up at the terminal, departures from the address you give us, and your chauffeur loads the vehicle rather than watching you do it.
Black car, black truck and limousine are the same booking here and the same vehicle: a chauffeured Escalade ESV. Milwaukee still issues the permit as a limo permit, which is why the words have not settled.

Luggage is the reason we run the long-wheelbase Escalade ESV rather than the shorter one. A full vehicle of passengers with a full vehicle of bags is the ordinary airport case, not the exception.

The long Chicago runs
Two hours to Midway with children in the back is a different proposition from 20 minutes to Mitchell. The rear screens are loaded before the trip rather than left on whatever is playing, so a film that lasts the drive is arranged when you book it. The screens are in the newer Escalades rather than across every vehicle. If the occasion depends on them, say so when you book and we will assign one.

Is the price a flat rate?
Yes, and it is all-inclusive. The rate is quoted before you book and it is the amount charged. Tolls, Parking, Airport fees, Fuel, Gratuity are all included, so nothing is added at the end. Anything you choose while booking is priced in the quote you see.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing you need to do. The flight is tracked automatically and the pick-up moves with it. A delay caused by the airline does not add a charge, and you do not have to call or rebook.
What if my flight is canceled, or I am rebooked onto another one?
Tell us. A cancellation or a rebooking onto a different flight has to be told to us, because the system is tracking the flight you gave us. A reservation we were never told about is charged in full.

How early should the pick-up be for a departure?
We plan on the airport and airline advice: at the terminal 2 hours before a domestic departure and 3 before an international one, at Mitchell, O’Hare and Midway alike. We work the pick-up back from that and add the drive. Some travelers want more margin and some want less, so tell us yours when you book. The time we suggest is guidance, and the final call on when to arrive is yours.
Do you drive to O’Hare?
Regularly. O’Hare, Midway, Madison, Rockford and Green Bay are all routine runs, and a Chicago airport transfer is a single chauffeured vehicle rather than a connection.
Are you permitted to pick up at Mitchell?
Yes, specifically. We hold a permit for passenger pick-up and drop-off at Milwaukee Mitchell International, on top of the City of Milwaukee limousine permit each of our vehicles carries. Our vehicles are separately registered with the City of Chicago, which is what allows pick-up at O’Hare and Midway rather than drop-off only.
Do you handle private jet and FBO arrivals?
Yes, at Mitchell and across the regional fields in Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Give us the tail number and the FBO and we meet the aircraft on the tarmac.
Do you have car seats for children?
We do not keep child seats in the vehicles by default, so they have to be requested when you book. Add them under Child Seat on the reservation. We inspect our child seats regularly to confirm they are in good condition and have not expired. Rear-facing and forward-facing seats are $20 each, and a booster is $10. Options are Rear-facing seat for ages up to 2, Forward-facing seat for ages 2 to 7, Booster seat for ages 4 to 12. Worth sorting at booking rather than discovering at the curb with a sleeping child.
How many passengers and bags fit?
Up to 6 in the Escalade ESV and up to 7 in the Chevrolet Suburban, in both cases with one passenger in the front seat. Behind the chauffeur it is 5 and 6. The rear figure is what each tier is sold on: the bench seats six and the captain's chairs seat five, which is the trade that buys third-row legroom. The front passenger seat is there on top of that when a group would rather stay in one vehicle than split across two. Larger groups are coordinated through vetted partner operators.
How much luggage fits?
Six large suitcases at standard checked size, or the equivalent. More with soft-sided bags, fewer with hard cases that do not give. Golf travel bags take more room than their dimensions suggest, though golfers tend to know that already. Tell us what you are actually carrying and we will tell you what fits. With two passengers we fold the third row down, which roughly doubles what fits. Worth mentioning when you book, because it changes the answer.
Is this black car service, or a limousine?
The same booking and the same vehicle. A chauffeured Escalade ESV is what black car, black truck and limousine all mean in this market now, and Milwaukee still issues the permit as a limo permit.
